A $200.00 electrical deposit is required for monthly stays. Electricity charged at 16.9 cents per kilowatt, billed monthly.
Weekly Rates are $200.00 plus 8% tax and include electricity.
Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 2 children (under the age of 16).
